“PHP zip is not installed or has been disabled”

If you have this error about the site health in WordPress, you need to go to your Hosting cPanel and write in the upper search bar “php”, like in the image below:

After press on Select PHP Version

Then select the “zip” checkbox like on the image below

After saving the changes, go back to your WordPress Dashboard, then Site health and you should see smiling icon, that says “Great job”.
